axes only:

1. FIDELITY — anything that contradicts the prompt's stated structure,
   counts, connections, placements, materials, state, or exclusions
   (people, readable text, annotations).
2. PHYSICAL COHERENCE — construction that could not physically work:
   broken/floating/overlapping structure, unreachable routes, impossible
   geometry.

For each defect give issue_ko (짧은 한국어 설명) and fix_en — a SINGLE
imperative English edit command that changes only that defect and
nothing else. Do not report style or beauty opinions. If there are no
defects, return an empty issues list.

- 사진은 장소의 영속 기본 상태만 담아야 한다. 스펙에 없는 이동 가능물,
  일시 설치물, 특정 순간/활동의 흔적이 보이면 결함으로 보고하라.
