새 방법론 — 구조 먼저, 룩앤필은 나중

왜 — 참조를 처음부터 붙이면 참조의 구조가 그대로 전이된다. bg_multifamily_residence 의 참조는 계단 하부 사선 슬래브를 아래에서 올려다본 사진이라, 산출도 어디로도 이어지지 않는 계단이 됐다.

1단계 STRUCTURE
참조 없이 생성 — 구조(매스·개구부·계단·지붕)를 이 단계가 소유 → 2단계 LOOK
검색 사진에서 재질·색·마감· 풍화만 이식 — 구조 변경 금지, 결함수정(critique) OFF

2단계 판정은 구조 충실도를 1순위로 본다 — 아무리 보기 좋아도 구조를 건드린 후보가 더 나쁘다.

Two photographs are supplied.

STRUCTURE BASE is the building itself. Its architecture is already final
and is NOT open to interpretation: keep the exact same massing, storey
count, footprint and proportions; the same roof shape and roofline; every
opening — doors, windows, gates — in the same place, the same size and the
same number; the same stair: same position, same direction of ascent, same
landings, same railing, same thing it connects to at top and bottom; the
same balconies, parapets, pipes and attached parts; the same position of
the building on its plot and the same camera viewpoint and framing.

LOOK REFERENCE is only a sample of FINISH. Take from it nothing but
surface: the wall material and how it is laid, colours and their wear,
the finish of trim and railings, the state of the pavement, the quality
of the daylight and the general age and upkeep the place shows. It is a
swatch, not a plan.

Re-render STRUCTURE BASE with the finish of LOOK REFERENCE.

Do not move, add, remove, resize or redesign a single structural element.
If the reference shows a building of a different shape, ignore that shape
completely — you are only borrowing its materials and its weathering.
